Pending - An interest in the rabbit has been made and we are waiting on a deposit to be received.
Deposit - We will accept money orders, PayPal or cash. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a rabbit. The deposit must be received within 5 days, if not received the rabbit will be put back up for sale. Please contact us before any deposits are made.
Hold - The deposit has been received. Arrangements will be made for a pick up date. If you do not pick up the rabbit on the schedule date, sale will be null and void and no refund will be made, unless other arrangements have been made.
Sold - Full payment has been received. On the day of pick up the remaining balance must be made in cash only or received through PayPal.

I have the right to deny or cancel a sale at anytime for any reason I see fit. If a deposit has been made and I have made the decision to cancel a sale, full refund will be given.
No rabbits will be sold under the age of 8 weeks.
All pedigrees will be correct to the best of my knowledge. I do not offer pedigrees to pet homes.
I cannot guarantee show quality or reproductive abilities as this will depend solely on the animal.
Rabbits are sold as is, it is your responsibility to check the rabbit thoroughly at the time of pick-up. No refunds or replacements will be given once the rabbit leaves our property.
At the time of sale all rabbits are healthy to the best of my knowledge. I will guarantee the health of the rabbit for 1 w eek from the date of pickup. If the rabbit dies within those 7 days, you will need to provide a letter from your vet stating cause of death. If the cause of death was not to due to negligence on your part, I will replace the rabbit with one of equal value or refund your payment in full. Any medical expenses involved will be your responsibility.
We do not ship rabbits at this time.
